How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For larger furniture items or specialized lighting, delivery may take up to 7-10 working days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that for safety reasons, light bulbs and customized items are non-returnable.
Do you offer a warranty on lighting and furniture?
Yes, all our products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against electrical and manufacturing defects to ensure your peace of mind.
